The citizens of Sweetwater are planning the marriage of two of their own, a valley rancher/business owner and the town's schoolteacher. But just like the storm clouds that suddenly form to rumble across a normally tranquil sky, life can just as easily be disrupted by unanticipated perils. Jesse Branson and Jennifer Kensington, thinking they have already experienced the worst life can offer, find them- selves facing new and unexpected threats to their happiness.
