What is the SCP Pride?

SCP Pride is a membership program that gives you "all-you-can-read" fast shipping. We offer three different levels of shipping memberships for customers in the United States and one for International customers.

The SCP Pride Membership

When you sign up for The SCP Pride, U. S. customers may choose between USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority, and UPS Ground shipping, International customers may select the USPS Priority Mail International option. Then every order you place for the next year will be shipped to you in as many shipments as necessary. No more having your order held because one item in your order is backordered.

What is the difference between your regular SCP Free shipping and the SCP Pride membership shipping?

With the basic SCP free shipping option, you must purchase a minimum of $35.00 per order to qualify for free shipping. In addition, if not all of the items in your order are in stock then we will hold your order until we can ship the entire order to you in one shipment. With SCP Pride, we’ll ship items to you as they are available, which means you never have to wait for days or weeks to get your books and merchandise.

Can I send a gift to someone using my Advantage Membership?

While the SCP Pride is designed to allow you to take advantage of a single membership, we will allow you to ship up to three orders to someone else in the United States, for US Accounts, and anywhere in the world for International accounts, during a twelve-month membership. Individuals shipping more than three orders to another address, or who appear to be using their membership to obtain free shipping for non-members will be subject to having their membership terminated.  Memberships terminated for misuse will not receive a refund of unused time remaining on the annual membership.

Which addresses can I ship to using my SCP Pride?

U.S. Members can ship eligible items to a single valid address in the continental United States as long as it meets the restrictions outlined in the SCP Pride Terms & Conditions. International members can ship to a single valid international address anywhere in the world. In the case of members having a separate billing and shipping address, members may ship to a different address as long as it is your primary shipping/household address. Certain addresses such as P.O. Boxes are excluded from UPS Ground delivery services because UPS is unable to ship to these addresses.

Can I cancel my membership to the SCP Pride?

You can cancel your SCP Pride and receive a refund of the membership fee if you have not made any eligible purchases. To do this, log in to your account, and create a support ticket for your SCP Pride membership. Ask us to cancel your membership. Once we determine that you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a credit back to your original method of payment. 

Does my membership renew automatically?

Yes, your membership is set up to automatically renew each year.  However, if you do not want to renew your membership, please provide written notice at least 30 days prior to your expiration date.
